Is there a way to heat set regular, non-washable (regular, not for fabric) Crayola markers/crayons on fabric?
Crayons can be permanent on fabric. Just color VERY heavily on the fabric, lay the item face up, place a piece of brown paper on top, and iron, a lot. The brown paper absorbs the excess wax and keeps it off your iron. Once the fabric is cooled, the crayon is there for good, but it will fade a little with each washing. You can always recolor and re-iron areas that have faded more than you want. I dont think that any marker other than a Sharpie will stay, and they will bleed into the fabric really bad, I would recommend either the crayons, or fabric markers specifically made for the job.
